Clan Spalding is a highland Scottish clan and sept of Clan Murray. The Spalding family lived in Perthshire, Scotland, for one hundred and sixty three years before 1746, and dispersed to Germany, Sweden, Jamaica, Georgia, Liverpool, Virginia and elsewhere.
